Less overwhelm. More “I’ve got this.”

A little structure.
A lot more clarity.

A good lesson starts before you hit record. Tinkerjam helps you work out what learners need—and how to show it.

01 / PLAN IT

Start with what you know.

Answer a few questions about your course and your learners. Tinkerjam drafts a clear outline on a reusable template, with the demonstrations already marked.

Your knowledge. A clear starting point.
02 / SHAPE IT

Make it manageable.

Review the flow and rough timing. Longer lessons split into focused segments of about five minutes, each with a short overview, a demonstration and a check that it worked. Approve the structure before the writing begins.

You stay in charge of the lesson.
03 / CREATE IT

Bring the lesson to life.

Build narration, concise slide text, and recording shot cards around your approved plan. Edit a section or ask for a rewrite without starting over.

Small pieces. Easier progress.
Lesson 02 / What & why

Give your design a starting point.

“A template gives you a layout to work with, so you can focus on your message. Choose one that fits what you want to share. We’ll customize it next.”

  • Start by showing what learners will be able to do.
  • Explain only what they need first.
  • Show the how, one task at a time.
  • Check the result, then bring it all together.
A plan you can actually use

A few good questions

Before you
jump in.

Who is Tinkerjam for?

Educators, course creators, trainers, and subject experts who want to turn their knowledge into clear instructional videos. It’s especially useful for lessons where you demonstrate a process on screen.

Do I need to be an instructional designer?

No. Reusable templates and a guided planning process help you organize the instruction. You bring your expertise and review the work at each stage.

Does the AI take over my lesson?

You approve your template and lesson structure before the detailed content is written. You can edit the text yourself or rewrite one section at a time.

Will it record and edit my videos?

That’s where it’s headed. Lesson planning, scripts and shot cards come first; then bringing in your recordings, adding narration, and producing a finished lesson video (MP4) you can publish anywhere.

When can I try it, and what will it cost?

Tinkerjam is in development. Launch timing and pricing haven’t been announced. Create an account to request early access. New accounts are reviewed before they’re activated.
